President & CEO
Eric Branstad leads BCDP Group's global strategy and client relationships, bringing decades of experience in international finance and cross-border advisory. Under his leadership, BCDP has grown into a trusted partner for corporations and governments across more than 20 countries.
Eric is a Partner at Branstad Churchill Group, where he specializes in government relations, public affairs, negotiation consulting, international trade, political strategy, and earned media.

Gentry Collins
CFO
Gentry Collins brings extensive expertise in government relations, policy advisory, and institutional engagement. His deep network across sovereign entities and regulatory bodies enables BCDP to navigate complex jurisdictional environments with confidence.
Gentry previously served as political director of the Republican National Committee and as executive director of the Republican Party of Iowa. In 2010 he was a candidate for chair of the Republican National Committee, and he has appeared on C-SPAN's Newsmakers program.

Swati Dandekar
Vice President
Swati Dandekar leads BCDP's advisory practice across emerging markets, with particular focus on trade finance, foreign exchange, and cross-border investment structuring. Her analytical rigor and regional expertise are central to the firm's global capabilities.
Swati served as Ambassador and Executive Director at the Asian Development Bank. Before that she represented eastern Iowa in the Iowa House of Representatives and then the Iowa Senate, with committee work spanning appropriations, commerce, economic growth, transportation, and ways and means, and was later appointed to the Iowa Utilities Board. She has chaired the National Foundation for Women Legislators and served on the Vision Iowa Board. She holds a B.S. in biology and chemistry from Nagpur University and a graduate diploma in dietetics from the University of Mumbai.

Jitendra (Jigar) Patel
COO
Jigar Patel heads BCDP's infrastructure practice, overseeing project finance, investment structuring, and advisory for large-scale renewable energy, housing, and public infrastructure initiatives across developed and emerging markets.
Jigar is also Chairman of Richest Value Corporation SARL, a mining company, and brings more than nine years of experience in the mining industry, particularly in bauxite. He directs day-to-day operations across the company's mining sites, oversees supply chain logistics from extraction through processing to delivery, and manages financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. His leadership centers on operational efficiency, sustainable practices, and strict adherence to environmental and safety regulations, and on building high-performing teams.
